Revenue Cycle Virtual Symposium

Objective:
The purpose of the Revenue Cycle Virtual Symposium was to share ideas on how healthcare organizations can come together to build better experiences for their patients. The clients wanted branding for the event to center around the idea of putting patients at the center of a healthcare organization’s future planning and a need to focus on building loyalty and trust among patients.

Solution:
We presented several different theme and visual concept ideas. Ultimately, we agreed on the idea of “Coming together to elevate healthcare experiences,” with the visuals focused on bright colors and diverse groups of people. By zooming in on the faces of different people, we tried to highlight the individuality of each patient's experience; then we coupled that with supplemental imagery showing groups of people coming together united on a common mission.
